Eman’s International love affair with the Art of Belly Dancing has spanned the world. Eman has performed before the Royal Palace in Jordan, on the enchanted Nile River in Egypt, and on the Belly Dancing stages in the beautiful Cedars of Lebanon. Eman’s style of Belly Dancing is unmistakable; her love for the art of Belly Dancing can be traced back to her Jordanian culture. Born and raised in Jordan where she earned her BA in Business and Psychology. In 1982 she further enriched her dancing style when she moved to the United States and settled in the beautiful community of Duluth Minnesota.

In Duluth her International influence on the Belly Dancing scene is instantly recognizable. Eman has taken Belly Dancing from an unknown art and has transformed Duluth into an international Belly Dancing community. Eman’s enthusiasm for the Art of Belly Dancing is apparent everywhere in Duluth. Her performances grace every stage and just about every cultural event in Duluth. Eman’s humble beginning in Duluth can be traced to her current teachings through the Duluth Community Education programs since 1990 and now at her own studio known as Eman’s Belly Dance & Fitness Studio. The Art of Belly Dancing has touched the lives of many dancing divas in Duluth. Belly Dancing has enriched the lives of all of its participants; it has enhanced their self esteem, social lives, and has supported a healthier life style. Eman’s beauty and grace is evident from her modeling career and background as a personal fitness trainer. As a personal trainer she has incorporated into her teachings the Art of Fit Belly which challenges her students with fitness and the elegance of Belly Dancing. Don’t worry ladies Eman still teaches Belly Dancing for the Advanced Belly Dancers.

The Pyramid Belly Dancers have captivated audiences at her annual Belly Dancing performances, cultural events, weddings and special engagements. Just recently the Pyramid dancers entertained Charlize Theron and Woody Harrelson at their celebration party after the filming of the critically acclaimed “North Country,” where Charlize Theron was nominated for an academy award for the Best Actress in a Lead Role.
